Designed and manufactured by Velomania Ltd., DRAG has been one of the leading brands in Bulgaria since 2000. The company now holds approximately 40% of the market for middle to top range cycles in the country offering a full range of over 60 models of bikes. The reach of Velomania Almost 60% of the products are exported to EU and other countries.
There were several challenges for Drag before migrating to Microsoft Dynamics. Drag Bicycles were using different systems with no clear view of the situation in the company. The warehouse system that was used as a retail tool was slowing down the sales process and creating a risk of many mistakes from the end users. Data consistency was lacking which resulted in miscommunication and errors across all departments. The financial system was not integrated and thus, cause significant delays in management reporting.

As a part of the implementation process and after in-depth analysis of DRAG business processes, the solution was clearly defined: Manufacturing, Wholesale & Retail into one integrated system. The Navtech team also developed a Yearly Planning module for manufacturing out of the box to cover all customer’s needs. Additionally, the team set up a connection to fiscal devices in 15 stores in Bulgaria and Romania (different for each country). Drag Bicycles also had 5 Webshop platforms integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, each of them with different prices and using different price groups. The tailored solution also includes the implementation of a special Bike Service Module with specific manufacturing reports generated.
LS Central enables us to effectively perform all accounting operations, monitor liabilities, e-commerce, physical store operations, inventory, fixed assets, bank payments, and plan and manufacture bicycles at a high level.
